What Kills Us
To make the largest impact, focus on preventing the most likely causes of death

I don't want to fumble the ball. There are plenty of things that can kill me without sending any warning signs. Allowing something to kill me that sends a warning that I didn't listen to seems irrational.
So we must first know what kills us, then we can better listen to the warnings if they exist. Finding the root cause of many of these conditions early can have a large impact on whether it kills us or not.
We'll talk about each of these categories in more detail in future articles, but this is fundamental knowledge that should shape how we listen and act on the warning signs.
